He's not the only player to ever put Bible verses on his eye black stickers. Just like he's not the only player ever to take a knee after a touchdown. Just like he's not the only player ever to overtly thank his God before starting an interview. Nobody, as far as I know...hence the use of the phrase "not the only player ever to" repeatedly. Historical precedent for what he's doing and for people not to lose their damn minds over it.
