The irony of guns, is that they can save lives.

Anyway, now to serious business, I'd say the kid was weak and no one should be punished.
Whether they should or not, they won't give a fuck.

Exactly, you don't want to fucking admit it. If people start getting prosecuted for bullying someone they know in real life on the internet leading to that bullied person to suicide, then a chain of more people getting prosecuted for bullying people on the internet despite the fact that they do not know the person they bullied will start existing as well.lowing wrote:

No actually I said no comment because I was afraid you would actually do it to prove a point, and I didn't want my weekend ruined by answering a bunch of questions I have no idea the answers to about you.War Man wrote:

Edit: More I want to add, but I think you need to take the time to figure out what I'm saying first.
Posts like that are evidence as to why it happens in the first place.

THere was no differentiating between it for this kid, this kid was not anonymous. The bullying he faced in real life was the same people that bullied him on line. This kid could not get away from it.tuckergustav wrote:
Just because you don't know someone IRL doesn't mean "no harm no foul". Sometimes I see people saying...it's just the internet, you shouldn't take it personally. But, these days it is such a HUGE part of our daily interactions that you can't help but feel invested in the "relationships" there.
Plus, to expect a young, developing mind to differentiate between real life bullying and online bullying is not very realistic.
If anything comes of these bullying laws I hope that mandatory community service is on the table. These kids need to learn what it means to be a human being.

Best not to pick on people you perceive as weaker than you - that was Uzique's flaw.War Man wrote:

Lol in Africa kids younger than 15 run around with guns killing each other, meanwhile in the "developed" world kids kill themselves because they read nasty words and are not emotionally developed enough to deal with words.tuckergustav wrote:

So tell me, how would you handle being publicly ridiculed, humiliated and embarrassed at every corner in school? You would just turn the other cheek and walk it off huh?Cheeky_Ninja06 wrote:

I never understood that. I was bullied in the 7th grade and 9th and I never once thought about hurting myself. I always thought of doing worse to the bullies.Did I think about offing myself? Yes.

and please do not compare the people in Africa, and how they act, with those from developed nations. It is a ridiculous comparison. Unless you are saying this kid should just shoot his way out of any situation he is uncomfortable with.
