Does the Koran define " Washing " ?, as it was written in a Desert country ( I thought ) where often, water was considered wasted if not swallowed. Am I not correct ? I have to back him on the BO thing and add Hisdic Jews. But... The ME people who have been here a while and assimilated are a different case. They become more westernized and acceptable to us and what we see as 'well groomed'. I also have to say most of the smelly ones I met were driving a cab for I don't know how many hours. The ones that were Doormen, Bldg. Management etc. were all pretty squared away in the soap and water dept.
One little item I would like to add is that ME cab drivers have introduced the practice of peeing into bottles while in their cabs. Now when one moves about Manhattan, you are bound to see little bottles of Urine, Fresh and well aged " Brewed by the Sun " as they say. Scattered around like Easter Eggs. I never saw that before. It is quite disgusting too.
