I'm serious. I know mowing the lawn is great for armstrength, but any other suggestions? I'd like to know because although I'm cardiovascularly heatlthy, I severely lack in the muscle department. Not anorexic or anything, just a high metabolism.

Also, you're probably too young to want to 'build yourself up', overdo it now and you'll have severe problems later.
