Did search and the dates all seem to be before the release of the patch ... which as far as i am concerned is still hearsay (not the gay band!).
I was posting this in response to the OMG look at all the colonels etc... i have been reading but as of yet i am still to see anything official. Also the search results i did get all show 45k as SMOTC which is where i would be and i assumed there was only allowed to be one of these at any given time. So i just wanted some clarification.
