How do "crimes against humanity" read on the court docket?

Not that I know very much about international law, but aren't there a series of crimes that fit under "crimes against humanity"?

The pope is only infallible in matters of doctrine, doctrine being the faith. The pope is a regular person in all other matters and can and has been mistaken many times through out history.

I think its more that paedos find the Catholic Church a comfortable place to flourish - no one asks why they aren't married, they aren't allowed to - than a 'sex ban' forces them to abuse children.
