nope. was just testing the pump tbh. was surprised it only leaked a little and was damn near impossible to pull the pieces apart. i would say about 6 total connections.Canin wrote:

Just let the pressure off of it, the water is actually creating the seal ( think surface tension ), let it dry out, or use a couple of wrenches to twist the connections loose. Then primer and glue it.

Depends on if its PVC or CPVC, and what strength you want. I normally just use the all purpose cement from the plumbing aisle along with the purple primer. Haven't had any problems and I have put a good bit of PVC together.11 Bravo wrote:
