Ok, so I ordered BC2 for the pc,

I've 4GB DDR2, E8500, 8800GTS 512Mb (What I'm worried about)

Anyone with similar specs having trouble playing the game?

Do you guys recommend an upgrade of my GPU, if so what, budget under £200, preferably under by a lot (I'm a poor student ;_;)

i have been playing with a pentium D 3.4, nforce4 system board, 4 GBs ram, 8800GTX.

it's awful to say the least, but it does run. i get horrible fps in CQC situations, but i can be a sniperfag all day with no problems. i guess my point is that it does run, even with my ancient rig, but i cant wait until thursday when i have a proper system to play on.

it runs better on quadcores than anything else... +fullproc launch command... 100% of all four cores... this game is almost as CPU-intensive as it is GPU

i run with a i7 860, and win7 64 bit.
game runs fantastic on high for me, absolutley no trouble with a quad core here

I just installed before I had to go to work, I'm running barely over the system requirements so I'll let you know how I go when I get home later tonight...

I have an 8500Gt (1Gb), 2Gb RAM and an AMD 64 x2 2.7 dual core. I'm hoping I can get decent (read: somewhat playable) fps with everything on the lowest settings, running 1280x1024 @ 75hz...

Well just spent a couple of hours on it now, runs fine on Medium 1920x1200, CPU is more than capable of handling it (it's been overclocked)

Well, it runs. I get around 15 fps so obviously it's really choppy, most I'll get is 25 but not often.

I also can't create an account. Everytime I try it says "Failed to create account". What can I do? I have the disc version with serials.

It's all good, I figured it out. After trying to register my email for the 5th time it worked.

I really need to update my PC though. 15 fps is shite.
