I think they don't do it because of something like they would have to have the grill at different temps for the eggs than the beef, so they just don't serve Breakfast after the normal time most people would just order lunch anway. (could be total BS, but it's what I've heard.
Random note: the Egg McMuffin was created at the McDonalds in my dad's home town.
Also, McD's Breakfast food is the only good food they have(mmm, McGriddles), for chicken bicuits, Chick-Fil-A is ftw.
