Everyone's stats are frozen. What the hell is going on?

As of December 11th 2009, I've noticed that my BF2 player stats appear to be frozen. Many other people have complained about this on other BF2 related forums. is this a server glitch? Should I try again and see if the stat system is working again? I lost A LOT of points because of this. EA/DICE has yet to make any kind of statement, nor have they yet answered my emails.

This happens a lot. The EA servers are just slow to update sometimes, or stop altogether for a long time.

Don't worry, your points and such are still registering, you're not losing anything.
