Guys I'm going to buy either a cross-trainer or a treadmill....which would you say is better for keeping in shape? Not that I'm out of shape, just that I don't have time to go to the gym any more, so the gym is coming to me.

Well I'd be happy to let Sam back in ... but I'm not going to be because I let him back in last time and he fucked up again. So essentially I put my neck on the line by letting him back in and he went and got banned again.

As nicer guy as Sam is, he already used my offered lifeline so I can't let him in on my own.

treadmill will burn more calories but is high impact.

cross trainer will burn fewer calories but is more safer for knees/ankels.
