Your thoughts, insights, and musings on this matter intrigue me

think different means buying a creative product these days...
I've got a BlackBerry Bold 9700 and I ♥ it so much
i've got a Storm and it sucks balls. not mine though . . .
Acer Liquid E, its got some hang ups, but I'm happy with it.
Don't get a Pearl. Friend has one and the keyboard is just atrocious. That's where my knowledge of BB ends.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
I tried to dial a number on a pearl once... took me 10 whole secondsmax wrote:

And by learning how it works, we won't have to call for tech support the next time something happens

re: "lies, wanna know who to blame "
Engineers and lawyers are the only ones who read every single word of every single page of a contract. Engineers want to make sure their asses are covered, lawyers want to know who to blame
I love engineering humor. I'll be sure and search for some sites to read at work today.

Im in the same position, torn between getting a Bold 9700 and a Torch. I've heard mixed reviews on the Torch so I dunno...

BB's are shit.
So overrated and overhyped.
Good for hardcore business users, if you're not one of those, don't get one.
I made the mistake of getting one.... I lasted a month.

BBs are sexy and awesome. It really works well if you know a lot of people that have them though, and phones around here are about 40% iphone and 40% BB, with random other ones making up the other 20% so it makes a lot of sense.
Maybe it's because I don't keep up with tech blogs/forums, but I never heard of BBs being overhyped or overrated; that always seemed to be the iPhone's deal
They aren't by anyone slightly techy.
But they are by 12year old girls and in general anyone from 14-25. They're what the 'cool kids' have.

Are you talking about BBs or iphone? Because here at university and pretty much every person my age I know its the 40/40 split between BB and iphone and 20% random other phones. Theres not really a "what the cool kids have" thing...
