we will have to conceive our questions carefully. no boring replies like i was about to do before the 60-second limit.

My day was... meh. Had to wake up at 7:30am and go to class for a few hours. Came back to my place to take a nap, then had to wake up and go all the way to campus just to turn in the homework that the professor didn't collect earlier in the day at lecture. Came back and just sat around and did nothing. Then my roommate asked if we wanna smoke so I was like, hell yeah, great way to end the day. And now here I am because I don't go out on adventures, but sit here and watch Cops (loL!) and type on das internetzenscheulen.

Shit, and I keep forgetting to ask shit back:

Marinade;
1 tblspoon each ground cumin and oregano. 1.5 tblspoons each ground coriander k. salt and black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 3 tblsppons olive oil and 2 of canola. Toss strips of top sirloin in above and set aside. I used romaine and sweet onion as pita filler, couscous was mixed with basil leafs and flowers and grape tomatoes from the garden.
Fresh chimichurri is the key to these. If you haven't had a good fresh chimichurri over steak, you haven't lived.



As always, I cook over hardwood coals with a glass of red wine in hand. Sometimes I flame braze over fire, tonight I slow cooked over eucalyptus.



The result was amazing. I spooned the chimichurri over the beef, stuff it all hot into a pita, and nom nom nom nom....
