AEK971 was probably my favorite gun during the beta.

Was BF2 this buggy and shitty when it first came out? I didn't wind up getting it until 3 or 4 months later.

it was way worse....but it still played fanstatic, i stll have wet dreams with what we did with the blackhawk.

i find on rush if you get a heli as defender you can just keep ferrying people back behind attackers and they have constantly have to defend themselves. pretty effective, especially with me flying the zh1 or whatever its called on dama.

I'm sure there was a way to find out when you created your soldier, any ideas? Also would it get wiped with a stat reset? Cause mine got hacked.

Even through all the shit talking ive done towards this game im having bad nostalgia thinking about the first months of bf2 and i feel like im missing out. real real bad. I feel if i buy it down the road everyones gonna have all the unlocks and experience by then and im going to get fucked up nonstop. I watch the gameplay vids and i see so much i hate about current fps games yet i wanna play it but its not worth 1200 bucks to me ATM.

Your computer can't be that bad. I'm running a AMD quad with a 5770. I can't get anythign past 50FPS on the lowest settings at 1080.

No because mine was selected as high at 1080p and it was almost unplayable.

I have a 5850 and I'm on "Low" at 1920x1200, still don't get more than 50fps.

Mine sets it to 1080 Ultra/high mostly except having terrain detail to low. Looks pretty good and plays well but could play better. How do you check fps in game? tilde button?
