Your mistake is that it is federal law to insure credit cards, and not federal law to insure debit cards to the same level. That doesn't mean that they don't still offer it.

Not really you just quote the words "under the direct debit guarantee" and they'll do anything to get your money back, including pimping out their niece.

I have no credit card. I get them all the time with my Debit Card. I travel frequently for business. I tell them in advance, when I book the room, I do not have a credit card and there will not be one available. They are more interested in getting my money than not.ghettoperson wrote:
