Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes
Came in a Steam package that I got to digitize my collection of the Dark Forces series. Several points against it before I even began...
Unskippable company animations, slow menu loading and an awkward control configuration that makes you wonder why it was designed for the PC if it wasn't shipped with a gamepad. It even tells you that you can't use certain keys. Who plays a game with a buddy on ONE keyboard, anyway?
Skipping all that, the game itself runs a bit choppily (graphics aren't THAT great) and platforming parts make it hard to tell where the fuck you're going to land. So if you want to see 'Annie' Skywalker fall down pits over and over again, get this game. If not, pass...unless you have a gamepad.
Will retry with gamepad at later date.
OH. And GFWL requires you to log on if you want to save your progress. I HAAAATE that kind of shit. Their menu is slow, has overcomplicated navigation and is butt-ugly. And I'm playing on Steam, not GFWL, so GTFO.
