I just don´t get what the deal with the M9-3 is.
It´s even harder to score a kill with this thing than it was with the knife in bf2/2142.
I sneak up on ppl, pull it out and still am afraid they turn around after I opened fire and kill me. It takes like 8 headshots close range to kill someone?
I lost count how many times I emptied a mag of that into someone and had to pull my maingun to finish him off, wtf?
Any tips on that? Trying to get gold with it, but so far all I got are cuts on my forearms.

good thing it's only 50 kills for gold
I recommend hardcore if you are having trouble with the damage... or try taking aimed shots from safe range (the first bullet WILL go where you aim, the other two are wasted at long range )

I tried it with the USAS-12/Saiga as the pilot mentioned, but with no good results. Hitting an enemy with 2-3 shots, then switched to M9-3, only to see him NOT die and had to switch to Shotgun again (if I was still alive then that is).
It´s frustrating. What worked best so far is to go ninja behind enemy lines and use it as one would use the knife.
