For the sake of brevity, 56k, and my own sanity I won't post all of the pictures.  You can view them all here.

Okay, here we go.

All packaged up and pretty.

Out of the box - pretty nice cooling actually.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1465.jpg

4 heatpipes.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1467.jpg

Two 6-pin power connectors.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1468.jpg

Included paraphernalia.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1469.jpg

The Scythe Slip Streams

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1471.jpg

iandh's custom RAM and VRM sinks

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1472.jpg

The standard plain cardboard Thermalright packaging.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1473.jpg

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1474.jpg

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1475.jpg

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1476.jpg

A sticker!

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1478.jpg

A free pen from Petra's Tech Shop.  Free things are always nice.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/48701.jpg

...and a handwritten note.  Now that's customer service.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1480.jpg

Everything ready to go.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/48702.jpg

Sapphire's heatsink off.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1482.jpg

As expected, Qimonda RAM chips.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1484.jpg

Didn't know where to put the thermal pads, so in between plastic they go.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1485.jpg

My two best friends.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1489.jpg

The core heatsink, nice and clean.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1490.jpg

Small and shiny.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1491.jpg

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1492.jpg

VRM heatsink off.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1493.jpg

They left little imprints on the thermal pad.  Aww, how cute.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1494.jpg

Custom RAMsink on!...

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1495.jpg

...but the VRMsinks don't fit.

I used the RAMsinks included with the T-Rad2 instead.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1502.jpg

GPU all AS5'ed up, with a little extra glop for good measure.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1503.jpg

(I forgot to take pictures of the AS5 on the RAM!)

T-Rad2 mounted, from the side:

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1505.jpg

From the top:

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1506.jpg

And the bottom:

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1507.jpg

I used two 120mm fans instead of two 92mms or one 120mm.  As a result, I had to change things quite a bit.  I screwed the left fan into the lower right screw hole of the 92mm fan mount, and used the fan clip in a different way.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1509.jpg

The fans (being case fans) didn't have enough side clearance to fit on the card side by side...I had to take a drill to one of them.

But it still won't fit!

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1512.jpg

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1513.jpg

After using a file, dremel, and a drill (the drill and dremel were both out of batteries, which added 20 minutes to the already long procedure.) I finally get the two fans mounted...although not extremely pretty.  Who cares?  It's for the sake of cooling!

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1514.jpg

My custom paper clip fan clip for the right fan :

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1515.jpg

All done.

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1517.jpg

And installed!

https://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p292/haffeysucks/4870/IMG_1518.jpg

my 4870 has more fans (7 for those that are unable to count)

EDIT:
for those of you interested, my load temps are 31°C on the CPU and 32°C on the GPU. And it's completely silent

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Uhh...

Wow...

When your video card cooler takes up 4 expansion bays, it's time to get water cooling.

it's not overkill, but it doesn't take two 120s.  i stated in the OP that it only takes either one 120mm or two 92mms.  but i changed that...

God I hate seeing Flexing cards with aftermarket coolers. Loosen forward screws pl0x.

Grats though. Nice card, cooler, and fans.

Why not just replace the whole side panel of the case with one big desk fan.

what do you mean by forward screws?  the ones toward the front of the case?
