[Spore] Problems with installation.

I have Vista, good starting point eh?
I know not many people, maybe no-one on here will have it today, but you might be able to help anyway from previous games or whatever.
Well I installed on my D Drive, took off all the featurs from the Trial Creature Creature. installed latest Download Manager, etc etc, and there are no files within my D Drive relating too Spore, also no desktop items and no shorcuts within the Start Menu.

Ideas? Clues?

Well yes it came through the post today, pro-ordered of Game.

Mine installed fine, I have Vista. Been playing most of the day. You must have done something wrong.

Most stores, e.g Play.com send out their copies a few days before so the consumer gets it release day. If the postal service is good this usually mean spre-ordering gets you the game a day or two early.

Play dispatched my copy on the 3rd and it arrived today. So I get it a day before it is released. (05/09/08 in europe)
