The challenge is to find a technical solution to facilitate a live debate over the internet between two debaters, governed by a moderator and with some number of listeners while producing a recording which can be posted for later listening. The idea is not go over the top rather to find something free and uncomplicated yet functional. There is plenty of talent in Tech to come up with a lot of positive contributions.

- Voice technology to support a debate, this must ... Teamspeak
- Allow a moderator to govern who can speak.
- Allow for n number of listeners.
- Allow for recording of the event.
- A specific server to host said service.
- A specific site to host the recording and format.
- Instructions for participants in how to install what they need or participation and what to do to join.
