I hope the Sandwich is part of a new taunt. Y'know, like the failed 'Oktoberfest!!' taunt that the Medic had.
They predicted that it would give you 5 seconds of crits if you kill an enemy with them. Boxing gloves are easy to predict. What the gloves actually do isnt.Bulldogz wrote:

I think the Heavy shouldn't be given a health boost, it just degrades the Medic really... just a taunt where the Heavy sits down on the floor and has a picnic tbh

Someone on the Steam forums says that the original Heavy concept had hair. But they removed it.
Someone else said that the new minigun might be so different that the model needs changing so people can tell the difference easily.
In old threads rumouring the unlocks, apparently one of the Heavy's new lines were something about his fists being made out of steel or iron
