Coming back from work on Saturday...in my MR2...I was following a TT. Came to a set of lights and on the straight after them, the TT overtook a car in front.
Which was an Aston V8 Vantage. Beautiful car. The Aston didnt even put its foot down, he was in cruise mode, so I joined Stuck mine into 5th, turned off the stereo, and listened to his engine just cruising along at 50.
Made up for 4hours of overtime after starting at 7am

It was parked in an aquarium warehouse car park... I'm guessing he owns the warehouse or something. Happened to be lucky that we were picking up a fish tank from there and it usually isn't open sunday evenings obviously, still amazing though.
