I've got a friend whose uncle or something is Harry Shearer (voice for The Simpsons, also in a bunch of Christopher Guest movies).
Also my parents' friend's friend's cousin is Gwen Stefani.
Plus I'm probably related to Tony Bennett somehow.
Oh and I know this guy who goes by the name of Equivalent Productions, and has produced some album for the self-proclaimed hottest Latin rapper of the west coast Errelevent (hahaha yeah not exactly a celebrity).

-I was an extra in Dodgeball, so I got to see Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, William Shatner, all those other B- and C-list celebs who were on the teams (including that annoying Mac guy).
-My mom and sister had Ben Stiller walk by them when they were in New York City.
-Kareem Abdul-Jabbar gave some speech at UCLA for the latest chancellor induction and I was up there in the front recording it for our school's tv station.
-My friend's brother lives in Hollywood and is an independent filmmaker so he's worked with a bunch of people who will probably be famous one day, as well as a few minor celebrities like Olivia Munn (I've also helped him out a few times so maybe one day I'll be able to say I've worked with those famous people ).
-My mom talked to Pat Sajack on the phone once (she has a part-time job of answering the phone and setting up appointments for a Sub-Zero refrigerator repair business).
-I've been to Jim Tracy's (coach for the Dodgers some time ago) house in Claremont (or is it Clairmont? I forget which one), and he lived down the street from Snoop Dogg (went down to check out that house and also saw Snoop drive by in his Corvette). My mom's friends are in-laws of the Tracy's. I've also met their sons.
-I've seen a bunch of players on the UCLA basketball team (Jordan Farmar, Mike Roll, Darren Collison, Luc-Richard Mbah a Moute, and some others I forget)
-I've met Gustin Nash and John Poll (writer and director of the ever-so crappy Charlie Bartlett). I felt bad hating the movie because they were such nice guys.
-Steven Chow (Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle) came and talked and screened his latest movie CJ-7 and I was there in the front row recording all of it... the Q&A, not the movie
-My old boss was a manager and sound supervisor for Raven Simone's concerts (lmao!)
Lastly, one of these days a bunch of my good friends from UCLA film school are going to (hopefully) be major celebs, so I'll be able to say I've worked on some of their movies, and I'll even get to hang out with them and go to their premiere parties

Im going to ride BMX with Dave Mirra tomorrow, he's coming to our local skatepark and he's a really cool guy. He lives close to us, too. I saw him today walking his dogs with his wife and kids. - He stopped for a second to talk to the riders there and even said hi to me. I almost shat bricks, tbh.
