cramp. take it easy. don't be set on two miles if you can't do it. from 1 mile, i would progress to 1.25, then 1.50, then 1.75, and so on. to get rid of that cramp make sure you get enough water and keep your hands behind your head while taking big breaths. while standing still of course, not running.
