Played on a server and got kicked by PB today for no reason. Went out of game, used that EvenBalance shit, download downloaded and installed latest version of PB, went back into game and got kicked again

if it took you this long for you to figure out that PB is crap.. you got issues. BF2/ 2142 / CSS  is filled with hackers. not only that PB has lots of problems, problem is, they are too lazy to fix it.

Yeah Punkbuster is the worst anti cheat i've ever seen. To think that all the big companies used it, and continue to use it is pretty mind boggling.

To sort this out all you have to do is get one of your gaming chums to send you their PB folder from C:/programfile/Electronic Arts/BF2142. Once you have received this, place it in your 2142 folder in your program file overwriting your old one. Now log into a game and it will no doubt PB kick you as it writes your data into your PB folder, log back in and it should be good to go.
