Hi guys my BF2 is suffering from lots of lag atm and I dont know why my ping is norm aroudn 30 so I know its not that I just seem to get bad lag and cant hit a barn door cus of bad reg specialy as a sniper.

Is there any basic tips or commands that can smooth out the game and help with hit reg.

Thanks sorry of this has been posted before I did a search but couldnt find anything to answer my question fully.

Defrag, reinstall, upgrade RAM, virus/spyware scan and as a last attempt, reformat.

Some people say it's all to do with your internet, some people say it's all about usersettings. See if changing them improves your hitreg

Do you know what sort of FPS you're getting? Everything that Hakei said will work, but try cleaning your PC as well, clogged up GFX cards and stuff will make your PC run hotter thus reducing the performance of hardware.
