Revive Teleport

Did a search and didnt come up with anything. I was a support on Iron Gator and got shot into critical state on a catwalk inside right about under the viewing deck. My team mate came up and went prone to shock me for the revive and as soon as he did we were both standing up on the carrier deck. We werent by any spawn points, just about where the chopper spawns. I got no idea why it happened so im going to call it a glitch, unless any of you know that there are indeed ways to jump around a map like this? Ill be surprsied if anyone can replicate this but I was wondering if anyone else experienced something similar.

I heard if u stand in the hanger bay under the chopper spawn holding E, u will teleport up into the chopper when it spawns. I've never done it or seen it done just a rumor i heard. Maybe got something to do with what happend to u?

Umm.... you can always hold "e" to jump into a vehicle everywhere, whenever they spawn.

Hmmm...dont remember hitting E while i was being revived, and dont know if that would take my team mate with me, but there were a couple choppers on deck when we got there. I think ill try this since this would have helped us get out from being pinned in.

hes saying you teleport into the chopper from a room below it, ur not next to it or on the pad, your in a room BELOW it. make sense yet?

This kind of makes me think on how it's possible to activate the lift to the Aft Deck from the catwalks under it.
you can hit "G" and somehow, you reach through steel plating to a distance of about 4 meters and flip the switch.

You gotta love having stupid things like this...

On another note, I was standing on the Viewing Deck once and got hit by the Apache. My mangled corpse went flying through the deck all the way to the Mess Hall and I ended up getting revived by a medic who was passing by. A definite "What...the fuck?" moment.

Sometimes it is.

I think the OP's experience happens when the chopper spawns, as it happened to me tonight. I was on the catwalk, then suddenly was standing on top next to the empty chopper.

I done this once.. Just randomly pressed E by accident as i was trying to pick someones kit up.. Then the next thing i know i was in the chopper ! very strange.. but i tried to emulate it again and it never worked..

I think i got blown up as soon as i got in the chopper too ! ha ha
