Account names - Will new patch allow changes?

Just wondering...

i was one of the originals to embody a clan tag into my account name, before the prefix box permitted a variable tag. Anyone know if we will be able to rename an account name in new patch without having to lose the account?

well i can see that EA/Dice is going the way of MMOG marketing.

1.) Names where you can't change em. I highly doubt you can do that in the future cause it would open up a can of worms. You know what happened when there were 2 Names that were the same. They both got reset back to private. (Not 100% about this. Try searching).

2.) Booster packs! I mean c'mon! Lets slow things down! BF2 is a great game! Let's not ruin the experience by releasing Expansions every few months. Let the players savor the flavor!
