I found a post about it somewhere before and I can't seem to remember where. Can someone post how to remove the intro and how to get windows mode.

Try this search term:
intro AND movies
I think you mean "windowed" mode...
add
+fullscreen 0
to your BF2 shortcut. I'd create a copy, and modify that.
