Edit: No wait, I rephrase that... Read the question to fast. Gays should be able to adopt kids, but not get them trough IVF... Enough people running around on this planet as it is, deplete the buffer of parrentless kids we have first .

Will they be able to get these children by mail order? Over the internet? Choose what colour of hair, colour of skin, etc? I may be a 'morality-free atheist' in the eyes of many here but there ARE boundaries of acceptability.
No, they can adopt a starving African kid instead.
