This is the forum section for help with BF2s.com, as noted by the text "BF2s.com : Help" in the forum title, your question on the other hand has nothing to do with our web site.
You also need to read a bit of this awesome article to help you formulate your questions better so we can actually help you. I cannot figure out what it is you are trying to describe because you gave a very short and poor description. Perhaps getting a screenshot of this 'warping/lag' might help. The only thing that I can even think of (and this is quite a stretch) is that you have something like a cell phone or powered speaker too close to your monitor and is causing this warping effect, though it wouldn't be specific to bf2 at all. Please give us some more information and we can actually help you.

I have just overcome completely debillitating warping/rubberbanding that i've had to endure ever since i bought bf2.
First of all, if you are playing from behind a router/nat, try plugging directly into your modem.
I found that when i connect to my ISP directly through my cable modem, all my warping disappears. When i'm behind the router, everything goes crazy (and my ping is constantly < 20ms!! - so forget about that being an issue.)
Check how your router keeps its connection to your ISP. My router logged in and logged out every 2-3 seconds. Had something to do with my retry wait time... But I could never tell during ordinary web surfing because HTTP is a stateless protocol, so the data always came down eventually. But with BF2, losing your WAN through the router even for a split second every so often will warp you to death.
Good luck.

If it happens when you're playing BF2:SF and not BF2, then you probably need to put on your gas mask before you walk into that wet fog. : )
one more reason not to read forums, especially moderate them -if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you. ... . . . OFF WITH HIS HEAD !!! oops I used caps - there's goes more of the precious cyberspace
the warping ur reffering to is usually related to a laggy connection or a messed up server. Some times it can be a video card problem also, IF u have a low card most likly thats it.
Im assuming the warping ur talking about it like ur driving near a tree and then all the sudden the screen flashes and ur crashed into the tree.
