damn for the life of me i cant remember the cats name that got poked with th ricin on the bridge.............oleg penkovsky comes to mind but thats all wrong.....that was cuban missle crisis........oh well +1 to the first person to gimme the right name..........

side note; its worthwhile to note that during the cold war there was an unseen agreement made between the soviet union and america......that was NOT to kill people in each others capitol city.
unfortunatly the british never made that agreement. could it be that putin might be under the impression that the same rules apply to a different ball game?
