i got a new comp so i can play BF2 finally bought BF2 and SF a long ago..
and i installed both and then got the 1.41 patch.. and when i play BF2 it says its still version 1.1 or something WTF?!?!?!?!?!?! I WANNA PLAYYY

And what else is wrong? You can't connect to any servers?

yeh i cant connect and the bottom corner thingy it still says 1.1.2965-(long number) lol
on the server list, i only see like 8 servers with 0 ping and i cant even enter them.. =__= i have 3mbs connection so i dont see whats wrong.. I WANNA PLAY YOU BF2!!

Try this:

Go here: www.ccleaner.com and download and run CCleaner on your PC. Don't check anything under the advanced options under the cleaner part though. After running the cleaner, run the registry cleaner, (that's the icon under the cleaner icon.) It'll give you the option of backing up the registry before it changes anything. Run the cleaner and the registry cleaner a few times until it doesn't find anything, then completely shut down and restart the PC.

when you install SF, it patches back to 1.1

so,

do it this way. Install BF2 then SF then apply the patch.
