lol.. unless they go to one of our country villages... the 350 wont fit
yes but once you start driving through the houses it will, and for that ultra cool look, paint it blakc and get some bullbars
lol.. tbh... that's not such a bad idea...
yea if you want to know more about stalking/blackmailing/scaring people PM me
I was thinking you could identify them from the video and dish out some street justice. I am a bad person, lol. I hear you though, community service is bullshit. They should have gotten way more severe punishment. They are probably stealing somebody elses car right now TBH.Sk wrote:
no idea if you can get that here... and not sure I'd want it... lol
having the camera would make next to no difference.
private CCTV is hardly ever used in court, as the defense lawyers just argue it out.
PLus, my main point is about the lack of punishment the bastards get when they are caught... not catching them...
thats why they wont give you their name I'm sure.iNeedUrFace4Soup wrote:

If I knew where to find them, I'd gladly do the 4hrs community service for smashing their kneecaps.
Sk, I am not for sure how that court systems work in the UK, but in the US, I would be sueing the parents of the kids since they are responsible. Here in the States you could sue for the cost of the car, the charges that your insurance company charged you, and the "suffering" that you had, ie time off work. I am for sure you probally would not get that much, but at least it is something.
cant sue the kids as they are underage.
cant sue the parents as they didn't commit the crime.
no win situation mate.

My mate's grandfather was a cop. One day he found a kid who was making a nusance of himself, being an idiot to those who passed by. The cop, (my mate's grandfather,) slid up behind the kid and gave him a good hard kick in the arse.
About twenty years later my mate's grandfather was approached by a young man. The man shook the now retired cop by the hand. He went on to say that he was the kid who recieved the boot in the backside, and that he was most thankful for it. Apparently he was heading off the rails, and the public booting gave him enough pain and humiliation to quickly mend his ways and become a productive and successful member of society.
I think this proves that we're doing no favours to anyone when we relax sentances for 'underage' offenders. A good hard kick in the arse works far better than four hours of community service.

I dont think that is quite true, they may be stopping in like 2020 or something but there are like 5 more prisions waiting to be built atm.<[onex]>Headstone wrote:
From what i gather, And this is from friends accounts of the goings on in the UK. The governmat has taken a stand and has said that there is to be no more prisons built. At the same time, the ones that are used are VERY overcrowded. According to them, the gang problem there is out of control, they are aquiring more and more handguns and the violence has gone up two fold. So they tell me, the govt wont persue any type of jail time for these youth, because theres no room to house them. But at the same time, Say a little old lady cant pay her tax, She would be arrested and have to server jail time for such an offense.gell1981 wrote:
usual story thou!! what happened to young offender prisons???? maybe the gov should watch Scum and revert back to the old times!
So your account of whats going on there is about on par with what ive been told. I thought that it was an interesting subject when we were talking about it that night(well night for me, but around 5am for them lol) But ill agree, something is very broken there and needs to be fixed.
It's complete bullshit, trying people as minors. I mean by the time you're six years old (if ypu're a late bloomer anyway) you know damn well that stealing is wrong. "They didn't know what they were doing" ...right. That's why they mangled all the security you put in that car, and were able to drive it 12,000m to another country....totally believeable that they didn't know what was going on. I hate PC more than anything that I can bring to the top of my head.
Excellent story mate. Shame the laws today are so tight in that area (boohoo... police brutality).Ty wrote:

Bad luck getting your car stolen. 4 Hours of community service is bullshit. Was the magistrate on something?
