It's not surprising that America would be the most voted option, because we make up around 5% of the world's population, and we are very wealthy and powerful. Any nation with as high of a profile as America will naturally have a lot of people that are arrogant, and by extension, a lot of people will perceive the nation as arrogant, even if most of its people aren't that way.
