I printed off a copy so I can check off things that i've done etc etc.

On here i see IAR.  what does IAR mean.

example.
Air-defense ribbon
IAR: 3 minutes in Air Defence
IAR: 11 kills with Air Defence

Also on the urbar.bf2 part I see
Command Qualification: Outstanding
Squad Leader Qualification: Outstanding
Squad Member Qualification: Outstanding
Team Player Rating: Excellent


What are these qualifications?  whee can I find out what you have to do to get these.

IAR= In A Round. and those qualifications you write are just those EA made. ubar added the real qualifications

Well these are EA/DICE’s way to keep the customer intrigued and happy, but basically give you no extra info...

Simple look in UBAR and forget about the fancy text...
