Natural feel a lot more jiggly. The health implications that one faces when using silicone is quite risky.
They've improved the safety quite a bit from what the news is saying. I wouldn't know which I like better, I've only felt the natural ones. I hear the implants have been improved to feel more natural...teddy..jimmy wrote:
