Hi,

i reinstalled the game and have forgotten my passwort to log in.

i remember my username and want to use it, because i have ranked up a bit and want my unlocked weapons.

what can i do?

maybe there's a way to change the password....

how do i get the e-mail adress of the department that cares for such a problem?

If the e-mail address you used with your BF2 account was real, go to

www.fileplanet.com

and hit Lost Password or something like that. Enter in your e-mail and it should send it to you.

thanks for the reply Hurricane, i went to fileplanet and changed my password.

but i doesnt work for BF2 account. it sais invalid password.

but it does work for gamespy. when i log in there i have to enter the new password.

what can i do to get my bf2 account back? Please help!

Resetting a pw on fileplanet isn't going to change anything with your ea account. I'm not at home to check but isn't there a forgot password link in the game? Go to the ea bf2 site and try logging in there.

no, there is an option to find your old account but it only works if you enter the correct password.
