Once. My gums bleed like you couldn't imagine. I literally had my lower jaw surgically removed when a doctor found a tumor. My teeth are made of platinum (sup G) and along the bottom of my jaw where gums and teeth should be, I have white skin from my leg grafted, steel risers poking throught that skin and holding up my artificial teeth. Seriously. So, my one tooth brushing a day leads to me spitting blood for about an hour everymoring. its mah mornin coffee.

school days, i brush before school and when i go to bed. on weekdays or days off i brush once at night.

BTW, once a day FTW.
when I run out of minty chewing gum.
2-3 times a day. I pretty much incorporate it into my showering routine.
Shower/brush in the morning before school, sometimes when I get back if I had sports, and again before I go to bed.
Weekends I usually have a cold shower when I wake up at noon, because mornings get extremely hot here.
