that looks like an semi-auto M82 ( a 50 caiber sniper rifle in the same family as the M95) with an iron sight. this guy STANDS UP and shoots the damn thing 7 times. his shoulder must be killed.

I've done that with an M82. The recoil isn't really that bad, the gun it self is insanely heavy, which reduced recoil. It also has some built in recoil reducers. I've shot a lot of .50BMG rifles, and really none of em have a hard kick, it's more like a slow push, really doesn't hurt your shoulder at all... the concussion however is rather intense and after a quick ten rounds out of an M82 you kind of get disoriented.

The 4 bore is just nuts, I've been around those when their firing, and it's one of the few guns I just refuse to shoot.

The recoil isn't that bad, the gun weighs like 22 lbs., not to mention the muzzle brake. Now a bolt action will kick alot more.

Exactly, and even the bolt actions aren't that bad. I've got an AR-50 I shoot regularly. It's not a quick punch to the shoulder like a .308 or 30'06, it's more of a slow push. Not painful to the shoulder at all... however like I said earlier, the concussion can leave you disoriented and gives some people a bloody nose.
