- you have to wear a certain number to receive a pass for the QB at offense, by purpose or not (example : O-line guy receive a pass in his back, penalty to him even though he didnt see the ball coming...) At at least it doesnt apply to fumbles...

Yeah true that the Chinese amongst many other nations were kicking a 'sphere' around, such as a pigs bladder or whatever.
