Hmm yeah it's pretty tough. I will just play my usual karkand rounds and hopefully it will suddenly pop up soon
I don't have the total number of heals to even matter yet, but I would say that all you'd need to do was hit one of the busy maps (Karkand, Oman etc), and thrown out med kits all over. I don't know what my total per-round heals highscore is, but I don't think 25 would be too hard if I tried a few nights of 64 player rounds on a busy map.

i have it, and yes the legit way, my team was a little bit bad and in karkand they were near the first flag along time untill they finally catched it , when they did i allready had like 18 heal points or so. then i was just throwing does Heal Packs on every strategic point (were every soldier goes to take a flag etc) and when the MEC had only 8 tickets left i got the Expert First Aid

'Grats, I think that the most people have not enough time to get the 25 heals IAR, I've found a server who's running the citymaps 24/7, 32 man, but the mapsize is 64 man and it has 300 tickets, so these rounds last pretty long.
long rounds doesn't means that you will get it (it helps ok) also you don't want a team thats owned them all, you want a team (for the first aid) thats works hard and doesn't wins the 1vs1 all the time. that way you can get first aid points because they need it. Little bit of luck can never hurt either

Drop packs on corners and alleys where guys are going to be shot. Use the mini map and look for anyone that needs health and toss them a pack, don't hold it out for them, for some reason I hardly ever get points that way, but if they pick it up you get the point. I think it is a bug.

I got my heal points from people who do win 1 vs 1 battles as they are the ones that survived the battle and most likely have damage from the firefight. If they didn't win the 1 vs 1 battles they would be dead and you would be getting revive points instead of a healing point.-=>cSc<=-*RunDje*cT| wrote:

yes, but your team must not own them, some of your teammates must win the 1vs1 and others must lose it that way, you (as a medic) can stay there and throw medic packs towards your teammates and you will get a healing point for it.

I tried for 30 hours, 23 is the most i have rec'd in a round. Main problem is that there is to many medic whores. I went on to supply, got expert now I am working on my engineer. Might revisit the medic when the medic is not so popular for easy points.SargeJp wrote:

Play ambulance - drive around as medic and hurt people get in your car. I dunno, it seems like it would work to me.
I think you would kill them, even sometimes when i drive realy slowly besides a teammember , sometimes i still kill him.

Anyway I can't get the first aid badges for the life of me. May have to do with i frequent 16 player servers far more than any other, but i can knife with no problem. got my expert for it last night. (i think i have something like a 3.2 k/d ratio with the knife.)
I just find it stat padding (shooting your own commander for healing points)

the easiest way to get expert heal or ammo badge:
go in ranked server its best to take a friend with u because if u need expert heal badge just shoot ur friend and heal him its the easiest way or if u need a expert ammo badge ur friend have to waist all hes bullets and u have to give him ammo. i know if u shoot ur friend who is on ur side u get - points but how gives a sith about that.

well resupply is not hard, i have had 39 resupplies IAR without being in a black hawk, but healing is harder, the best i have done was 15 heals, but it doesn't matter cause i don't have a 100 hours as medic or support, repairs may be the hardes badge, the most repair i had IAR was 14
For the Expert First Aid you dont need 100 hours and i can know because i have it, you'll need 15 hours as a medic , 750 Heals Global and then IAR : 25 heals.maton wrote:

The heal and resupply badges are a lot easier on special forces, same amount of people in much smaller maps.

BAH.... Any lame-ass can get badges that way. This thread is about doing things LEGITIMATELY. Or is that a concept you cannot seem to grasp?
I dont have expert yet but Karland was best map for me to get all repair, first aid and resupply vetran. OFC not the same time but it take time and normally a nice place is when usmc and mec battle at the brdige and you can see force all line up as front liner and just go forth and back toss all the bags. I got 20 plus point each for doing that but problem is only if that happen.
