I have a big enough penis to not piss on my fingers.  Also, my genital hygiene is adequate so as my penis is not bacteria infested, in fact, it smells like roses.

I always wash my hands after going to the toilet, because if I don't I feel a nagging that there's something I haven't done. But I've actually never understood why we use to soap to wash our hands after going to the toilet for two reasons:
1. Soap doesn't remove bacteria, it just gets rid of dirt and oil on your hands as the chemical in it allows water to bond with these otherwise insoluble things.
2. Your urine is actually sterile (unless you're sick) and it's actually cleaner than your hands even after washing them with soap.
