There are Military Uni's in Australia I'm not sure about the US Army, but you need to be educated to get into it. Also every position in the Australian Army requires Passes in Maths and English. Saying that your own country's troops are uneducated, is morally wrong, i mean these men and woman are willing to give there lives for there people.
