Technically San Andreas was better, bigger, more stuff, but it just didn't have the feel of Vice City, in VC you could go down the same street (especially the Miami Beach esque one) and still laugh at everything, SA took itself too seriously in places.

Blatent San andreas.
Vice city was aweomse due to first game of GTA series with bikes.
But San andreas beats it all with a "Skate park mission" on bmx'n gangs.
EDIT: GTA3 fails miserably. Can't even run people over.

Vice city for me, you can go to a webiste and download addons like cars, oh man i download a skyline and wow that thing is fast, its like 20 times faster than the hotring racer, its pretty fun

i wish gta2 was on psp,the view was from above looking down shit grphics but very fun
San andreas was awsome, vice city for psp is good but there are some sound and loading the detail problems i have found, also lots of loading for missions.

GTA 3 is nostalgic. I never played wice city more than 3 hours. San Andreas is teh best.
San Andreas all the way. A near-perfect gaming experience. I completed it 100% too.
its between vice city and san andreas. vice city had the banshee!!! im sure andreas has too but it doesnt look as nice.

I didn't get bored of Vice City but San Andreas got pretty boring into it; also it was TOO big.

BTW gta2 wins. The gang system was so cool.
otherwise GTA:SA, bigger and better even if only marginally better.
