Yes, He is inside the building. I have no idea how he got there and hopefully it cant be replicated or replicated easily for the most part. He was not in any other buildings after he died, so it might be just a fluke. The only way i could take a picture of him was to get into an APC and cycle through views (Free camera was not on).
This is just to bring awareness since i don't believe there are other posts about it. If you get shot when no one else is around, you might consider he could be inside.
