4. Handheld Railgun (A large recoiless rifle that shoots the standard AV Rail rounds found in ground defense turrets. 1 shot per mag, 6 mags per life. Causes the same damage as the AV turrets. Perfect accuracy, perfect velocity.

1. Exo-armor, this new revolution in anti-projectile clothing reduces weight of armor while also doubling the stopping power. Result? Longer stints of sprinting while keeping the protection at a maximum.

2. IWSS (integrated weapon safety system), Provides user with weapon security unrivaled in todays modern EU military. Data from past blood samples of all soldiers is stored on weapon and is only usable by EU forces. Failure to present accurate, confirmed DNA data within 3 seconds of weapon pickup results in detonation.

3. HDC (heat distortion calculator), Defensive helmet of soldier becomes modified with heat detection software. Useful for locating hidden enemy positions.

4. High Velocity AP.80 cal recoil-Less Round, Fired from attachment placed onto the bottom of rifle, this round causes extreme damage to hostile infantry as well as infantry in close proximity and easily disables light vehicles. Because of the large size and weight of the rounds, only 3 are able to be carried at once.

5. Mark IV Exoskeleton, The latest in exoskeleton suits. Standing at 9ft. 3in. this combat suit instills fear in the hearts of infantry. Equipped with a single .45cal auto-cannon and twin Bianchi LMG weapons this suit is capable of shredding infantry and light vehicles. Suit is vulnerable to anti-tank weapons and grenades. Because of the high production costs of this weapon, soldiers must prove themselves capable of wielding it within their current combat theater. Sufficient assists of other soldiers and personnel will suffice (20 team points are required)

1st weapon: WTFH4XNOOB launcher, deploys a unkillable, super-1337 bunny hopping noob, complete with aimbot.

2nd weapon: million-mile knife, the knife that can own from across the map, complete with scope and tank-destroying abilities. In fact i think they already exist (nudge nudge to MASSIVE knfie range)

3rs weapon: portable J-10, even though its 2142, no planes have ever rivaled the J-10, so in 2100, the PAC developed a gun, which could shoot flying J-10's. They even came flying with a circa 2006 wake island whore.

How about a Shot Tracker.  An unlock that will extrapolate the location of the soldier that last fired upon you and indicate that location.  It does not identify the soldier specifically, but just the location.  That means that the soldier may have actually moved on from that location after firing on you.  Useful for finding those pesky snipers.

And what about a jet propelled magnet grappling hook.  Can be used as an alternate means to access the titan when an APC or Transport is not available.

I think that you should be able to get the 13mm MBA Gyrojet. A pistol (of sorts) from the 1960s.

It fires 13mm rocket projectiles. 6 round detachable magazine. Effective range 50m (164ft).
It is real.

As an unlock for engineer instead of the SMG.

Here's a couple of ideas, drawing upon Pernicious544 and his method.  This applies to the advanced recon branch (let's say for instance, that only people with a particular skill level or rank can apply for these and need to prove themselves in battle or are getting viciously pwned.)

1.  Electronic Surveillance Counter-Measures (ESCM): An upgrade to the existing TI-33 active camouflage system, this device now comes with a secondary fire to scramble all tracking systems on him and his allies within a given radius.  Commander scans and UAVs will be unable to track the targets, and NetBat systems will not display them, even if the target is spotted.  Dystek pulse meters are nullified, and if the user enters a vehicle, PDS transmitters will be nullified.  Visual Spotted (Q compass) signals work as normal for the regular length of time; however, on foot the upgrade is still subject to the same over-heating as the active camouflage system, and burst use is highly recommended.

2.  Time delay RDX upgrade: The RDX now comes down with a manually operated ability that allows adjustment to automatic detonation time using the mouse wheel, much in the same way rifle rockets work.  Before planting, the mouse wheel is rotated to set the detonation time, and all RDX packs will explode simultaneously once the operator switches to the detonator and pulls the trigger.  Minimum detonation countdown is five seconds to prevent kamikaze attacks and other suicidal methods and to protect the user.  Defusing is the only way to prevent the RDX from detonating after this point, and a loud beeping is heard after activated that is audible for anyone nearby.

3.  Hypersonic Anti-Material Rounds (HAMR): designed for assassinations by the PAC to eliminate key EU leaders in 2140 shortly before the Fall of Berlin, these were a new technology of stunning lethality.  Using a new caliber and delivery system to ensure maximum lethality, these extreme-velocity rounds are loaded into the sniper rifles in a special secondary clip.  The rounds are aerodynamically designed and fired by electro-magnetics, making the sniper rifle into a miniature rail gun.  Upon impact the rounds deliver a small explosive burst to the target, killing any infantry with a single hit, and anyone close enough to him; De-fibrillation kits are ineffective since the target is pretty much blown apart.  Vehicles will take significant damage if hit in the thinner armor sections (nowhere near the damage a pilum can do), however due to the power required to fire the rounds and overall scarcity of the rounds, there is a limit of carrying three of these rounds per sniper.  Snipers carrying these are be sure to deliver the heaviest hammer-blow to the enemy.

4.  Specialized Nanotechnology Environment Acquiring Combat Skin (SNEACS): After the defense of Cerebre landing, EU specialists broke down the TI-33 active camouflage that had been used against them and reverse-engineered the design of the PAC, solving for the significant power requirements with a scaled down fusion core powered suit similar to the design found on the EU L-5 Reseig.  The system is now automatic and not limited by power consumption, and works very similar to the TI-33.  It is limited in the same way as active camouflage, and EMP's, UAVs, and  NetBat systems can still acquire the target, and it cannot be combined with the ESCM upgrade on the TI-33, due to interfering frequencies. 
The biggest advantage of this system is the ability to remain virtually unseen, however upon firing a weapon (extreme changes in ambient light) or using equipment that sends out an electronic signal, the target is visible for several seconds until the system adjusts and cloaks the target once again.  One disadvantage is that if the user is hit by gunfire, the user's system shorts out momentarily, and also takes several seconds to re-engage.  Due to the scarcity of these suits, only recon kits who have proved themselves to be cunning and clever may use one, and heavy body armor is sacrificed for this ninja-like upgrade.

5.  Selective Live-wire Active Viral Exploiter Remote (SLAVER): Furious after the defeat over Suez Canal, PAC leadership decided that their sniper and special forces needed a massive upgrade to their on-board computing and computer abilities.  The result was the SLAVER system, a miniature AI carried by the Elite Recon soldiers with intent to sabotage critical EU commander equipment and systems.  Utilizing the data-hacking Artificial Intelligence, Recon soldiers with this equipment can convert capture points and Anti-Titan Missile Silos to their own faction more rapidly than any other soldier.  This is an automatic process and requires no usage by the soldier.
The primary function is to disrupt all enemy communications when active, effectively silencing enemies who may have spotted a group of these soldiers; the area is broad, however the jamming can be effectively stopped by EMP or killing the soldier as the AI is directly linked to their neural lace and other systems.  Upon getting close to enemy commander assets, the user of the SLAVER can effectively use the commander assets against them, hacking their systems and taking control of one system (orbital strikes, EMP, etc).  They may be then used against the enemy, however, the soldier can do nothing else while hacking a system; they are effectively sitting ducks unless protected, and close proximity must be maintained to keep hacking the system.  Due to the advanced AI code and technologies required to create this system, only high-ranked soldiers may utilize this, and have proved themselves in combat (teamwork and combat scores, namely, to prevent exploiting).

3.Tanks get an EMP wave that disables motion mines for about 3 or 4 seconds giving the driver a chance to get away (does disable other vehicles as well like a regular EMP, but the blast wave is small so it would only be really useful versus those walker drivers who try to ram you)
4.Walkers get all netbats installed even if the driver doesn't have a single one of them they will all work whilst they are in a walker

Engineer unlocks

1st: Flak Mines- This mine allows the engineer to dial a height. The mine will then rise to the dialed height using hover technology. When an enemy aircraft flies by the mine, it will explode, shooting flak into the enemy plane. Obviously, this will do less damage to faster planes if they are moving quickly.

2nd: NetBat Mine Detector- This is an upgrade to the NetBat of the engineer, that automatically places the location of EMP mines, APM mines, RDX, Flak Mines, and Motion Mines on the Mini-Map and the Mini-Maps of nearbye squad memebers. It does not however distinguish between the 5 types.

3rd: Faraday Generator- Generates a protective shield around a vehicle it is attached to that prevents that vehicle from being affected by EMPs.

4th: Darts from God- This weapon unlock gives the engineer a satellite target painter. The engineer points the target painter at a vehicle or spot on the ground, and then 10 seconds later it is struck by a high velocity re-entry spike. Does %100 damage to all vehicles, however, the dart will strike the position that you mark with the target painter. Cannot hurt vehicles that are not exposed to the sky.
