the scope design on the baby helps me on accuracy in full auto. the regular baur imo sux.

i love the skinned one. i dont see the size as being much of a problem. but i love the sound most of all, thats about the only reason why i use it, when i do. (I <3 Lambert)

I don't know if these are facts, but to my experience.
Skinned:
Slower reload time
Little less recoil
Shoots slower.
Very big.
Original:
Faster reload time
More Recoil
Shoots faster
Very small.
Scar 11 Skinned to me is better for medium/long range.
Scar 11 Original to me is better at point blank/close/medium range
