I really want my war colloge ribbon, but im already a ssgt. and have several vets. I have about 389 more wins to get a 3:1 ratio. Should i work at it or take the easy way out?

Taking the easy way out means that when you get the award it dosn't mean anything. Just try hard to win your maps and get the other requirements. An award is only a small computer graphic, but the feeling you get from earning a difficult award legitimatly is real.

Keep going, but you need 34 more hours of comm' time, and if you reach 3.1 and then go to lets say 2.5, you will have to work back up to 3.1
gotcha but once i get it back up there it will be easy to keep it there right now i have a 1.8 ratio (246w/207l)

Keep working at it I say. If you start over it's to effing hard to get commander as a private. Which means you have to endure the guidance of idiots. Even when I do play commander I'm fighting and often doing more than the rest of the team..

i play on servers that have no autobalnce. Hi im lib slayer adn im a team swapper. I am only doing it for the war colloge ribbon but i am afraid it will ruin my rep

you're lucky, i have a 1.26 ratio but if i want to get 3:1 i'll need to win my next 1020 or so matches. too many games played to even think about that.

I think you should perserve with your current account - I've slowly been getting my account into the black after an appalling start, and the sense of achievement is all the more palpable for it.

Wins isn't a problem for the faction medals, you end up getting enough wins within the time pretty much anyways.
I have a feeling eventual EA is going to change the War College ribbon to something a bit more achievable without the no autobalance crap.
I imagine the only thing that is going to change is 3:1 win ratio is changed to a set number of wins, either in total, or as commander.

considering i started out at like 1.12 or something...id say its a pretty good improvement. i still have over 100 wins to go though...
