Bush wasn't a threat to world peace UNTIL the invasion of Iraq. By removing Saddam, we greatly increased the chaos of the Middle East. Having created a hotbed of terror right in the middle of that region is certainly something that qualifies as having harmed world peace.

You know there were terrorist attacks in London recently, do you not expect your government to pursue those responsible? How far would you go to stop someone that has broken into your home, killed your loved ones from ever getting into your home again? What if your government did nothing against the people that bombed your subways? Do you think they would stop? No it would keep going, and it would get worse. A crime has been commited, and on a lesser scale those crimes are still being committed almost everyday. I see in the news that our service men and women are being killed by IEDs (whatever happened to roadside bomb?) and those people out there inflicting harm on our people need to be punished.
